Requests put in are often not communicated to the correct managers, filled long before the request has been removed, or have been so buried that roles are not filled until several months into an engagement. Our revolutionary vision for the talent fulfillment process would reduce the turnaround from between 25-65 business days to just 5-25 days, consolidate the 90 different tools used by different markets to just one central platform, and ultimately save budget otherwise wasted on talent searching to valuable project needs.
