In this engagement with Subway, we were tasked with modernizing their loyalty experience. Through personalized offers, rewards, and a refreshed mobile ordering process, Subway would propel themselves into the future and remain connected with their loyal customer base.

The biggest challenge was how to revitalize the loyalty program into a new and refreshing experience.
An easy-to-understand First Time User Experience walks users through the program basics. By incorporating motion into the design, users can intuitively understand how to navigate, watch their points rack up, and be delighted when they earn rewards.
